something on this is not working correctly. ive had 2-3 instances so far of people who changed their ftp password and the ftp server was not reflecting it. as soon as i went in and manually reset the ftp done bit in the db it then worked for them. see if you can find anything obvious about why this is not working sometimes on the live server. im not sure if the bit got set and their password didnt get changed or if the ftp done bit just never got set in these cases or what.
